After researching various SERS chips, I bought them with the advantage that they are the most convenient to use and that they can be purchased in Korea.
It was easily used for measurement in actual experiments, and it seems to be useful for various studies with additional surface treatment.
We have purchased and used Au nanowire substrates.
Every time a sample is measured using the substrate, it maintains a high signal and has good reproducibility, which is very satisfactory.
The substrate size of 0.5cmx0.5cm is also very good for loading without wasting samples.
I will use it habitually in the future.
